- Successfully has been able to institute about 50+ execution petition for a famous PSU SAIL while working with Tottenham India Law Associates and able to recover about 20 crore of public money for the Authority.
- Successfully able to recover about Rs.20 crore for company M/s International Trenching Pvt. Ltd. and M/s ET Envirotech Overseas Pvt. Ltd. by instituting suit, winding up petition, arbitration petition. Most of the recovery has been possible by execution of decree and liquidation process.
- Able to obtain about 7 winding up orders from the Hon’ble High court specifically in the case of M/S Pumpkin Studio Pvt. Ltd., M/s Eco Terrain Pvt. Ltd., M/s Lilliput Kidswear Pvt. Ltd., JVG Ltd. And also few other companies in all the matters the parties for which Sujeet has led, have been able to recover outstanding after liquidation process.
- Presently dealing about 35 suits in Delhi High Court and also District Courts.
- Presently dealing about 50 matters in Delhi High Court matters varies from arbitration proceedings, company winding up, writ petitions relating to Service, election of Union, unauthorized construction, matter related to liberty and human right, other matters pertain to quashing of FIR, Appeals related to Motor Vehicle, Matrimonial and allied issues.
- Sujeet is also dealing matters in CLB, TDSAT and Supreme Court.
